also, since i think this problem may be relevant, when i used the dgvoodoo wrapper, the game wouldnt start at all (black screen). Ive tried all the settings, if someone thinks they could help, email me and ill send the log file.

best thing to do would be to ask everyone who has downloaded tracks etc. so that a database could be made of all the tracks, cars and ghosts out there?

No, the page is sometimes accessible but not always. Must be that its only on when his pc is on since its not a commercial server.

Hello, when i use the test engine, i can't see the car, only the shadow. I can see it when i press f1 though. Is this normal or not?

IPs arent always the same length for certain reasons for example 81.154.89.237 and 217.47.207.250. This shouldn't affect connections :?:. I guess my test didn't work as i was using a proxy so will have to do it here (main pc) but can't play due to directx's no textures problem in windows xp :cry: . ...

hopefully i will be able to create a 'test' session to see if connections work tonight if anyone is intrested...

bl3, bl4, bl9? The list goes on... Apparantely the demo for pod dx5 has those files instead of the usual bl4/bv4 files. What's the difference?

could be that its trying to use 32bit textures that pod doesnt support? Better wait until next version of dgVoodoo is released completely (its in beta).

Hello, anyway, on my system, (Win XP it just crashes after the ubi logo. I tried the instructions on this page http://home.arcor.de/hbredel/POD/POD-English/pod-english.html but still didn't work. Also tried logger version of dgVoodoo and apparently crashed with this result at the end of the dgvoodoo...
